What is a qualifying item?
We price match items that appear at a lower price directly on our seller’s sites (e.g., a CB2 lamp on CB2.com). The seller product (name, color, dimensions) must be identical to the Havenly product and in stock on the seller’s site to qualify.
What limitations or exceptions should I know about?
We do not offer price matching on products from third party marketplace sellers (Rugs Direct, eBay, etc.)
The price for an item must be listed online and valid at the time of the price match to qualify. It cannot be a price that is achieved with a seller promotion–but don’t worry, we honor those, too.
All matches are applied pre-shipping and tax. You are responsible for any applicable shipping and tax costs, which are estimated at checkout, and confirmed when the order is placed with the seller. Exclusions include mail-in rebates, sales tax promotions, credit card offers, seller gift card offers, or prices achieved through seller financing programs.
Is there a limit on how many items I can buy at the matched price?

Eligibility. The Havenly Scholarship Program (“ Program ”) is open to residents of Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; New York, NY; and Washington, DC, 17 years of age or older who are enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college, university, trade school, technical institute, or vocational college (“ Accredited Institution ”) for the 2023-24 academic year. Further eligibility requirements for each scholarship are described below. Employees of Havenly Inc. and members of their immediate family, are not eligible to apply or receive a scholarship as part of the Program. Past recipients of a scholarship under this Program may apply for additional scholarships.
Award: $1,000 per city
Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 11:59pm, Mountain Daylight Time on March 31, 2023.

Applicants will be required to submit their contact information, school information, GPA (which is subject to verification) and complete short essay questions. Applicants will also be required to submit a design project or portfolio.
Applicants agree to be bound by these Official Program Rules. Applications and essays are subject to the Havenly Terms of Use Agreement, including the terms for “Posting and Submission” and the “Acceptable Use Policy” described therein. By submitting essays, projects and portfolios as part of your application, you are confirming that all submissions part of your application are your own work.
Information submitted in connection with an application is subject to the Havenly Privacy Policy.
Only one application is allowed per student in this scholarship competition.

Essays, projects and portfolios must be the applicants’ original work.
Essays must fall within the word count limit specified in the application. Essays exceeding the required length may be truncated or disqualified.

By submitting the form electronically via our website, applicants are certifying that their information and essays are their own work and that they have read these rules and guidelines.
Available Scholarships: Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; New York, NY; and Washington, DC (collectively the “ Scholarships ” and each a “ Scholarship ”).
The Scholarships will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Accredited Institution at which the recipient is enrolled (proof of enrollment at an Accredited Institution will be required). Scholarships may not be assigned or transferred. No cash equivalent prize will be awarded. The awarding of any Scholarship as part of this Program is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Program Rules. Scholarships that are not used for the academic year for which they are awarded will be forfeited.
If any recipient of a Scholarship fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required affidavit, is found to have violated the Official Program Rules or otherwise does not meet the eligibility criteria as set out in these Official Program Rules, the Scholarship will be forfeited and will be awarded to another applicant, subject to verification of eligibility..
Havenly is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Program or in the announcement of the Scholarships.
Selection of Recipients. Completed scholarship applications will be reviewed by representatives of Havenly to determine the recipient of each Scholarship in Havenly’s sole discretion. All decisions are final. Havenly reserves the right not to award a Scholarship if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive any suitable applications. If, by chance, you know a representative of Havenly involved in reviewing and selecting applications, do not contact that individual regarding the competition or your application may be disqualified.
Recipient Notification. Scholarship recipients will be notified by email and are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Program Rules. If a recipient notification is returned as undeliverable or a recipient does not supply the required verification within the time specified, the Scholarship will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate recipient at Havenly's discretion.
General Terms. Scholarship recipients, by acceptance of their prize, agree to release Havenly Inc., its affiliates and their respective employees, representatives, agents, contractors, assigns, advertisers, officers, directors, and shareholders from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost, claim arising out of their participation in the Program or the receipt of or the use of the Scholarship. Except where prohibited by applicable law, by accepting a Scholarship, a recipient grants Havenly, and those acting under its authority, permission to use their name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, image, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet, without notice, review or approval.
Havenly is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Havenly, users or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of applications which may damage a user's system or limit a user's ability to participate in this Program. Havenly reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Program should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Havenly’s control inhibit or corrupt the administration, security, or fairness of the Program, and Havenly may disqualify any person who engages in or attempts any such activity.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Program Rules, or the rights and obligations of applicants and Havenly in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Colorado, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof. Applicants consent to jurisdiction and venue in, and agree that any claims or disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the federal and state courts located in Denver, CO.
